Restarting 1st April, we are holding two classes on Tuesday evenings!
Vinyasa Flow - 6pm - 7pm
Rest & Restore - 7.15pm - 8.15pm
Join us for both, or just one class on a Tuesday evening while we work to improve strength, mobility, flexibility & balance! Not to mention release stress, tension & melt away the tensions of the week!
£10pp or £8pp for bulk bookings of 6 weeks.
